I was about 20 minutes in the drive thru, about 30 minutes actually next time I have to be sad. because this is just a crazy time to wait and waste expensive gas. I feel that so much fear is caught in this drive line. I just want to mention that they are great. but I don't know what happened now, they're terrible. I'm not coming back. there are other options. I spent almost 4 dollars on a cup of ice cream that really tastes bad

The newest manager, i think courtney? Rude phone etiquette. I called to ask my roommate if he was working late (he had my car), Manager told me its illegal' to tell me. All she had to do to ensure privacy was say ok we'll have him call you back'. To accuse me of illegal behavior' is bad customer service and pretty nasty.
I ordered a grande matcha latte but only got like half a cup. I personally ordered jt extra hot because knew it was being delivered to me from jsut a few minutes away. When I got it, it was practically cold. On top of it being cold and barely even filled, it didn’t taste very good. Idk what I even paid for really.
Could really use some improvement on all fronts. Very slow service with 10 people working there and not busy. Staff just getting in each other’s way and standing around. Waited 5 mins for an americano and a nitro. Nitro machine was broken, so they tried to replicate one and ended up in a cup of all foam and no coffee.
