The owner and waitresses are all first-generation Japanese immigrants who do not prioritize customer satisfaction. After paying the bill, they expect customers to leave within 5 minutes. During my visit with a group of 10 people, we spent over $300 with an 18% gratuity included. However, we were only served hot tea once throughout the entire meal, despite repeated requests. When a glass of water was accidentally spilled on the table, a friend asked for a napkin to dry her chair and belongings. Shockingly, the waitress insisted that we leave because we had been there for nearly 3 hours, refusing to provide the napkin even though she was soaked in water. The owner did not apologize for the situation and even blamed us. This treatment was not only humiliating but also demonstrated a lack of respect for customers. I strongly suggest dining elsewhere, such as Kyala on Diamond Blvd, where the food is excellent and customers are treated with the respect they deserve.
