I places my order waited more than 20 minutes. I asked the manager how long would it be she stated she just had a big order from the drive-thru. She didn't know how long it would be. Manager was very rude and had a very unprofessional attitude and response. Her and the cashier were so rude. They were arguing about giving me a small order that was not necessary to argue about. The manager and cashier seem that were ready to just argue with the customers. Cashier was mumbling between her teeth about giving me my refund. Instead of giving me a refund they took the money twice out of account. Try to go back 3 days later to get my refund they said the manager would call me never got a call. Contact corporate which was so hard to speak to anyone in regards to this matter. They said they would have some one follow up with me no one has even contact me or refunded my account. 5 days later not gotten this matter resolved. This is the worst fast food place to ever deal with getting your money back for an order they couldn't complete. This is the perfect reason not to ever go back into one of this locations. The owner of this Jack in the Box must not check in and doesn't even how bad management and employees treat there customers. This location is not good at all with customer services. It's okay for employees to be so rude and disrespectful towards customers. I'm so upset because i went into a fast food restaurant where not only did they treated me so bad but took money out of the account twice done on purpose. What a coincidence that when i requested for my money back the account had to transaction for the same amount different times. From corporate to the restaurant no response into the matter. Overall trying to get a small order became a nightmare. They probably do this so often because it seem like nobody care of following up. Now I want my money back because at this point this seems like a scams that is a set up. From a 11.14 transaction they took 22.28!!! If you are in this area and are on a time schedule do not go to this location if you do go through drive thru it seems they prioritize it. Seeing the Yelp reviews this is one of the worst locations in this area. Better check Yelp before even going in!!!!
Will never support a location that won’t let one use the restrooms. Would prefer if they say it’s only for customers I would gladly buy something but to just say the restrooms don’t work like both of them? Seriously.
Terrible service, cold food . I can't believe that they would run out of tacos . Also they close up earlier the the posted time on the drive thru window.!!!
They close whenever they freaking feel like it! Ive been tolerating them for TWO years closing the dining room half a day to an entire day early at odd times WITHOUT advanced notice. Latest incident (see photo and time of this review) shows they were supposed to be open until 4pm but alas, they change there freaking minds cus like, who GAF's!A/C has not been fixed (or turned on) in over NINE MONTHS! Are they being cheap to save electric? I dont know any other JIB Franchisee that goes to these extremes.
Too many college students and loud too! I don't want to hear their conversations about the STD'S..... COME ON KIDS!
