The Boat House - Wallingford

Came to do on the 15th fri for our works xmas. 24 of us and the food and the service were scum. great price and great atmosphere. I can't expect to come back to our next. thanks!

This is very friendly and welcoming pub, the manager is helpful and can not do enough for them, they even bring water for their dogs. it has certainly seen a massive improvement since taking over the new management. in summer, it is the perfect environment at the river to spend a lazy afternoon.

Amazing food. Particularly the chicken tacos and buffalo cauliflower wings. Service was great. Dogs welcome. Really nice people running it. Very homely, came yesterday and liked it so much I came back again today.

We have popped in for a quick bite on our journey back home as it did attract our attention. Very popular place amongst locals and travelers, so be prepared it will be very busy. Nice selection of food and drinks. Very strict covid rules. Toilets are inside of the building and are open for public to use and very clean. All staff are very polite, helpful and very attentive to your needs. We were told that food waiting time would be around 45 minutes, which we agreed to and and it was spot on, so no complaints there! Beautiful river near by with lots of boats on, which you can rent too! Absolute picturesque place and would recommend to any one who wants to enjoy their meal or drinks in very relaxing atmosphere. The car park just across the bridge on another side from there.

Nice riverside pub, can get busy as the weekends, long stay car park in walking distance, has good wheelchair access....
