Pig Rig Bbq - Wallingford

Great food and excellent customer service!!! Visited this part of the CT for work and ate here a few times. I even brought some staff when I came back and they enjoyed it. The burned ends are moist and just correctly carburized. I tried the Chili Mac, the regular Mac with the bacon, the brisket, potato salad, cornbread and carrot cake between all visits and everything was phenomenal! Very enjoyed this place and their friendly staff. Will return when I'm back in town.

When I'm from Texas, I'm always eager to go to new barbecues, but Pig Rig immediately calm my mind. Between my partner and me we tried three meats (Ribs, Brisket, pulled pig), two of the sides (Mac cheese, potato salad) and the grain bread. They delivered on all fronts! The brisket was perfectly delicate, the pig was the correct amount of juicy, and the ribs *fast* fell right from the bone. Everything was wonderfully cooked and with a passion for meat. I recommend coming here to anyone who loves delicious grill!

My son would give him 1000 stars if he could and I agree! Great people and even better BBQ! We stopped here on the way to NY. We're back on our way back to ME. This is a great option while away from home. The cue was delicious, the sides are unique and the sauces offer a great kick.

My friend was in the mood for grilled food, he was mostly grilled by himself, but was not in the mood! We found some places and found this. We went there, the staff was super friendly as I explained it was our first time. She helped us guide the restaurant. We placed our order and went outside because they have tables and chairs out there. Like us? re talk, a gentleman comes to us and imagined himself as owner. He was super nice and made sure we took care of it! They can always tell their intentions about first impressions. The guy was so excited about his restaurant. It was very nice to have a conversation with him as my friend just opened his own business and felt inspired. The food was definitely 10/10 and so was the service. I would recommend to everyone to try this at least once! Thank you?

The prices are Amazing. And the food is even better Dry rub and all different sauces and all kinds of sides. Will def be back
