Varsity Grill - Waller

I think I have gone for the last time, I just had a terrible lunch experience here. The food is pretty flavorful but there always seems to be incidents, such as completely forgetting the pasta in a pasta dish. Today however, I received a bitter wilted salad, burnt hard as a rock bread, and pasta cooked to mush. I also never have time as the service is quite slow so I wouldn't dare return anything or I would have to leave starving. I did ask for a togo cup and was brought togo boxes, you would think that would signal an end to a meal, but no check or check up until I stood up to put my coat on. I thought I was going to have walk into the back room to get it taken care of.

EXCELLENT! I had the chicken soup which was absolutely delicious.

Very good food! I was in town for work and was pleasantly surprised. A must stop if you are near Waller.
