This is my favorite brewery in Waller. Great selection and Andrew Warren are extremely knowledgeable on beer styles. Warren also slings a mean panini. And Andrew will do the Dougie on request. Highly recommended!

Large hidden gemstone brewery in waller, tx. I drove back to houston from austin and stopped. I was pleasantly surprised with the beer selection and cool mood in the taproom. they do small batches, have food trucks and support live music! I will definitely be back from nw houston for beer and more. I loved her malz ipa not sure what to get, try a flight and get her some rehearsals.

This brewery, with its veteran status, really knows what they're doing. Every beer I tried was fantastic. The staff was friendly, attentive, and happy to chat. I highly recommend it. Additionally, the environment and building were very interesting.
