Waited and additional 1 hour and 7 minutes in the drive thru because there was only 1 guy making subs and the other one was sitting on his phone eating chips???? He can’t help wrap or make a sub?another guy showed up 40 minutes later gives me attitude refuses to help the guy finish my subs. If it takes 2 hours to make 10 subs they shouldn’t even be in business.Happened on Sunday 6/25
Not friendly at all. Got upset when I asked if it was the 16in I ordered. Didn't receive my change. I ordered 2 of the pickles and it was repeated back to me. Got my order and was missing the pickles I let them know they said they don't do the pickles at this location when I said it was repeated back to me when I ordered they mysteriously gave me 3 of them!
We went to Wingstop next to Jimmy John's. They don't have a dining room so we got a carryout. The server did not put any dip in the bag for the veggies for my husband. Other than that we were very satisfied. The wings were great the portion size on the veggies was outstanding.
Tonight 4/29/2023 I went into this store to grab dinner. It was 7pm and there were two guys working. I said hello when I walked in and got a dirty look from one of the guys and the other completely ignored me. Not even a hello or hey how are you. I asked if I could get get mayo on my sandwich and got a snotty reply as to what was on the sandwich. The receipt says the guy taking the order is Michael. The other guy gave me the bag with the order and I said "thank you, have a good night, and all I got was a dirty look and he walked away. Oh and by the way, the pounding, head banging rock music was beyond loud. I cannot understand why I was treated like I was disturbing them and like I was dirt. This is the second time I ran into these same guys and my previous experience was was the same. If they worked for me, they would be fired for their attitudes. We will not be spending any more money at JJ 's and I will be contacting the owner about their customer service. Absolutely terrible!
You guys are great but you really need to repair that giant hole in your drive thru.
