Harvester The Derby Pool - Wallasey

It was an extremely busy day, but the service was exceptional. The staff made our group of six feel very welcomed and well taken care of. The food took about 45 minutes to start arriving, but they had explained this to us from the beginning. When the food did arrive, it was of good quality, served in reasonable portion sizes, and beautifully presented.

The restaurant experience was fantastic. They offered meals at various times to accommodate different nutritional needs, and everyone enjoyed their food. The service was excellent, and the staff was cheerful. The restrooms were clean, as were the tables and chairs. The only downside was that it felt a bit chilly where we were sitting.

The service was slow, and they forgot the main part of my meal. Additionally, a party with a yapping dog was allowed in, which was quite distracting. I'm sorry, but I won’t be returning. Overall, it was disappointing.

As usual we were very satisfied with our visit today. helen was very friendly and very helpful. she was really pleasant and professional. thank you!
