Chuck's Roadhouse Grill - Wallaceburg

It appears there might be a new chef in the kitchen, as my wings were served cold and the fries were also not hot. They only provided half a bowl of gravy. Furthermore, my wife's burger was rather greasy. Normally, the food here is quite good, but sadly, that wasn't our experience today. The waitress was excellent, but the quality of the food had an impact on her tip, which is really unfortunate. This place usually maintains higher standards.

This review reflects my latest dining experience. I visited with my family and we all placed our orders. After about 30 minutes, everyone else's meals arrived, but I was informed that mine would be out shortly. After another 15 minutes without my food, the waitress assured me it would be ready in just a minute. Unfortunately, another 10 minutes passed without any sign of it, and by then, my family had already finished eating. The waitress came back and offered me a soup to hold me over until my meal arrived. I accepted and also requested that my meal be packed up as a takeout since it was taking so long. I enjoyed the soup, and finally, after 10 more minutes, my food arrived. I ended up taking my chicken dinner home to eat.

The ambiance was extraordinary, and the food was delicious. Our server provided exceptional service too.

Overall, it was a delightful restaurant with a fantastic meal. The service was outstanding. I would certainly go back if I'm in Wallaceburg again.

The food and drinks were incredible, and the service was excellent as well. I will certainly be back for the rib special and the $4 beers. Thank you, Chuck's, for making my dad's birthday so special!
