There was one family inside eating so I called and the same employee answered the phone and told me that the dining room was now “closed because they were busy and short-staffed”. This is not the way to treat people and Pizza Hut will not get my business again, ever.
Food was hot, ready on time, and delicious. Our order was exactly right down to the tomatoes and banana peppers on the side.Parking: Plenty of parking available.Kid-friendliness: No games or anything to entertain them, but nothing for them to get into except the salad bar.Wheelchair accessibility: Sidewalk is wheelchair accessible. The doors are not automatic, nor do they have a button to open them.
Ordered food off the app for delivery, it said it would take about 30 mins. I said ok because you know the storm. Well 45 mins pass and I had to call just to find out they didn’t have a delivery driver, they could have aleast had the courtesy to give me a call, by the time my food got to me it was soggy and mushy, like I didn’t even want to eat it. This has been the third time. 2/10 don’t recommendParking: They have plenty of parking because they employees don’t show up
Food was fine, nothing special. Problem with this place is 100% the people running it. I ordered on a Thursday and the place was pretty much dead, went inside to pick up, and they couldn 't find my order. Which happens, no big deal. The manager was clearly already in a garbage mood, because when they tried several ways to pull up my order and it wasn 't there she said, well I don 't know what to tell you, we didn 't get any order. In a pissy tone. Well, I called and talked to someone 25 minutes ago but I understand it happens so I said, it 's fine, I 'll just go pick up something else, it 's no a big deal Immediately she is defensive, that 's not what I said um, I know that 's what I 'm saying I don 't have time to wait for another order. She immediately got pissy again and said I was being impatient. I 'm not being impatient at that point, you say you can 't find my order and you never received it, that 's fine but I 'm not going to wait another e, but I 'll just find an alternative. They eventually found it, she had misheard my name, which again, it happens, but she continues with her rude comments and **** poor attitude and at that point I ll be honest, I started matching that energy. I told her if whatever life choices that led you to managing a fast food joint in your 60s has made you bitter, don 't take that out on other people. It 's not my fault your life sucks. Not proud of that but for real, it wasn 't that serious and if you don 't want rude don 't come outthat way
Customer service really need to pick up in this place, it's horrible the limited delivery area I'm 3miles out and they don't deliver to my home. The food seem Quality and presentation is never consistent. There's more times than less less bad than there are good. But when it's good it's Good all across-the-board from customer service to food quality to food presentation. The inside of the establishment is normally well clean and keep up. It's not very lit, so you don't have to worry about. Overlighting on the inside there's plenty of windows, so on a sunny day. You still get plenty of light inside the establishment without too much lighting.
