Mcmahon's Take Out Restaurant - Wallace

Had dinner here on the deck. Mozzarella burger platter and bacon/cheese hot dog platter. Fresh, tasty and just what we wanted. Started with an appetizer and ended with a sharing a piece of cheesecake. With a beer, a pop and coffee - still only $40. Great visit!

Service was good and view on deck was nice ,. food was average . I would eat there again if someone wanted to try the spot but would never choose it again on my own

We're in town spending a couple of nights at a nearby BnB. We stopped in on a Friday night right at supper time. Parking lot was packed so we expected it to be good. We seated ourselves on the deck with a great view of the harbour on a mild evening. Like I said it was very busy but with in 5 minutes we were looking at a menu, another 5 we ordered the roast turkey dinner. It arrived quickly and was delicious! Almost as good as home but far better than expected. The waitress was working her butt off and answered all our questions. Definitely recommending this place

Front entrance is an extensive bakery - all made on site - and ice cream shop - restaurant is in the back. Very nice deck out back. Overlooking the bay. Nice servers- local beer. I had breaded scallops and spicy fries, my wife had the fish and chips. Food is ok not fine dining mostly pub quality, but the venue is worth the visit. Took an ice cream to go and went for a walk. Huge scoops and a wild variety of flavours. Get the waffle cone!

Beautiful location overlooking water. Take-out, Outdoor patio or Inside seating. Friendly service. Various menu options ( soups, salads, Sandwiches, Burgers, Fries etc). Homemade dessert and various ice creams also available. Worth a visit!
