Mcdonald's - Walla Walla

We asked for a oreo shake, and instead, they gave us an Oreo MC flurry. Then, when we said we wanted a shake, they took back the MC flurry and got annoyed we wanted a shake. Then, they told us they didn't have the shake and they never did even with it advertised on the board. The people in the back got very annoyed with us and acted like it wasn't their problem. Do not go here if you want good service.

I have never had them make my order correctly. This place can care less about the customer. The manager said since I took a bite out of the sandwich they couldn't refund my money so I did a charge back. I will never go back

Pretty standard McDonald's. Counter service was fast for once.

This place sucks bad rarely do they get orders right, also kind of ridiculous that it closes at 11pm. What happened to 24/7?

Kiosk order. Took way too long. I later ordered a coffee and they needed to brew it. It too took a long time. I reminded them about it before leaving and she grabbed it off the back counter along with the coffee for another customer that both had already been poured. It was less than hot.
