This style had the best employees. So friendly and made it easy for me to get my Low Carb Baconator. The best burger I've had for a long time. It was nice that they put it in the salad bowl. It made me much better to eat my Baconator. Extra salad, tomatoes, pickles and ranch dressing. So good!!! I'll go back next week.
IF I COULD GIVE THIS 0 STARS I WOULD. ?Miss jocelyn? working the window gave me straight attitude. Not sure if she was having a bad day but it was very unprofessional and unacceptable. I had points to get a free Dave?s double and uploaded it to my rewardson the wendys app. She refused to scan my code on my app therefore I did not get a free Dave?s double and then on top of thatonce receiving my bag THERE WAS NO DAVES DOUBLE IN THE BAG. After seeing there was no Dave?s double in the bag I went backaround and had realized on top of that I was never given my card back. On top of everything when I was sitting at the window topay i could hear over the speaker that miss Jocelyn told every other car that had been waiting in line behind me that thesystems were down and that they would have to come inside. That?s before she walked out got in her car and left. This is by farmy worst drive thru experience TO DATE. And miss Jocelyn would be fired on the spot if I was the owner of this Wendys.Unprofessional on every level.
Overall it was ok. Bread (buns) were a little on the dry side but who's aren't sometimes. Other than that it was ok
Went in and ordered since the drive through line was long. They told me it be a 5 minute wait inside. We then heard them say ?drive through window goes first? and then after 24 minutes of waiting (the manager threw my burger away because she didn?t knowwhere it went) I asked for a refund and to cancel my order. Turns out they arnt allowed to do refunds even though they hadn?tmade my food again. Rushed burger and cold fries after nearly half a hour.
