Walkertown Seafood Shack

We had waited for 8 people for about 45 minutes. We arrived at 6:00. Our waitress was great and she had several tables to bend. She did her best to fill our drinks and things we needed. They had big parts. The food was good. And came out hot from the kitchen. We had all the leftovers to go home. The atmosphere was beautiful and welcoming. Everyone seemed very nice and helpful.

Delicious!!! First time eating here and we loved it. Will be back!

As another New England transplant to the Piedmont Triad, I had no expectations of finding a seafood restaurant as good as this one in this region. Wow. The food here is amazing, the staff is quick, polite, and accurate. My go-to is the Captain's Platter, and I always order a side of fried clams because holy these are as good as anything between Connecticut and Maine! We will keep looking for excuses to go to Walkertown around meal times. Incredible.

The place seems to be a local institution. There were all groups, classes and age when I left. The seafood was hot and fresh and the service was excellent. I'd go back.

Very delicious! Baked oysters and crab cakes were amazing! I highly recommend building an oyster and crab cake. The Jumbo shrimps seemed to be the Argentine style, so they were somewhat different than the standard. Still delicious. A great roasted seafood joint.
