Taco Bell - Walkertown

I stopped by for a quick meal on my way home after a drive. It was a fairly quiet Saturday night around 8 PM, with just one person waiting for food and no cars in the drive-thru. There were plenty of employees around, but surprisingly, none of them greeted us or acknowledged our presence as we waited to place our order. Eventually, we decided to use the kiosk to order for ourselves. When our food was ready, we had to ask for our drink cups and for the Cherry Bliss Freeze we ordered. Unfortunately, we never received the side of cheese sauce we had requested. To be honest, I don’t expect much from this chain, but this location managed to disappoint me even more than I anticipated. Incredible!

During my most recent visit to the drive-thru, the service was quite slow. The grilled cheese burrito I received was the smallest I've ever encountered. At least this time they remembered to leave off the sour cream, unlike my first visit. However, I was disappointed to find that everything was just tossed in the bag half-wrapped.

Terrible experience! It was a complete waste of time trying to place an order, the same order I've been making for over 20 years. Good luck if you expect any sort of customer service from the current staff and manager. My order was wrong, and when I asked for a correction, I was told to just take it since it all costs about the same. When I requested a refund instead, I was told to come into the store for that. I then asked to speak to the manager and was informed she was busy and would be a few minutes. After waiting 5-10 minutes (and they were not busy at all), the so-called manager spoke with the cashiers, and I finally received a cash refund. At no point did anyone apologize for the mistake. The manager never came to speak to me or even acknowledged my presence. I was shocked. No wonder they're never busy.

There isn?t anything fast about this food. If you do decide to come here, go to the drive through. They seem to only get food out in the drive through. Had to wait over 45 minutes and didn?t even get the food but did get a refund, other people werewaiting over a hour to get their food inside while the drive through seemed to be moving pretty consistently.
