Mcdonald's - Walkertown

Rushing this day. Wanted to get myself and a friend a quick lunch. We both got exactly what we ordered at a reasonable price and was very tasty.

Went through drive thru but ordered online. However the system was down. We finally got our fast food about 25 minutes later. They lost 20 plus customers because of the system. Technology.

I don't usually go to McDonald's because I find it to be lacking in quality, but I had a surprisingly good experience on my last visit. I have to admit, it was the best McDonald's I've been to. The manager, a man named Bill, greeted me warmly and was very professional, which is rare in fast food establishments. The restaurant was very clean and the food was fresh and delicious. Despite being busy, my order came out quickly and the staff made sure I had everything I needed before I left. Everyone working there seemed happy, which I attribute to Bill's good management. I am not friends with Bill and had never been to this McDonald's before, but I felt compelled to leave a positive review. It was a refreshing change from my usual experiences at fast food restaurants. Cheers.

Tonight, the restaurant went above and beyond to correct a mistake. I accidentally ordered too little, which was my fault. However, they swiftly resolved the issue. The service was excellent.

This McDonald's location is incredible. It is exceptionally clean, the food is always served hot, and the staff is extremely friendly. I have never seen anyone on their phone while working here. I highly recommend this place and I will never want to go to another McDonald's again.
