The tables aren't wiped down, the bathrooms are dirty, and the language coming from the kitchen is definitely inappropriate for diners to hear. Management is really dropping the ball here. This was my first time trying Jack in the Box and I was SO excited only to be SO disappointed. The lemonade tasted AWFUL. They said they “only had large orders of everything left” and wasn’t able to get shakes either. Also only had curly fries nothing else. Got our food drove 5 minutes to eat and everything was cold. No ketchup or any sauces included either that should have been. This is my one and only time trying this place as I won’t be coming back again after this experience. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
