This was only my 2nd visit and I needed to read the menu. The gal taking the order was so kind and helpful! She didn't mind if i held up the line. She answered all my questions with a smile on her face. The food was amazing! Thank you! I'll be coming back again soon.

AWESOME it 's just chicken without anything extra..just chicken...3months later can you please have the training staff come back? Staff seems honestly well brain dead. Orders are confirmed missing half of it once they get it right and get to the window you can almost bet it 's wrong. Soup with no spoon I mean does it need to on a poster in front of em to put a spoon with soup?? Order of fries tasted like someone thought it was to much work to use a salt shaker and simply dumped a pound on em...they never get condiments right any longer. One employee was complaining the jobs to hard and she needed a break...from handing drinks and bags of food to a car??..really?? When your in line of cars and not up to the menu the staff taking orders don 't even carry a menu when you ask its like we asked can you land a space shuttle ...I knew this would happen after staff was trained for the opening period.

I recently had a bad experience with this Chick-fil-A, and I had called and went through their customer service process and I can therefore testify to the speed and care at which they take care of and delight their guests if they have a complaint. The situation was quickly made right and I just wanted to leave a review to express my happiness at this store and the brand itself for caring a good deal about the people that they serve.
