Mountain Mocha - Walhalla

We visit Mountain Mocha every time we visit home. Today, three of us got a coffee and a breakfast dish. It was $40 and such a disappointment. Our coffees tasted like nothing but thick milk. We got quiche and it was just an oily cheese pie. The two sandwiches we got were okay. I’ve said the last few times we’ve visited that we wouldn’t go back because it’s been the same experience each time, but we keep hoping it will get better. I think after several bad visits, we have lost the hope it will get better.

Coffee was great! Loved the chilled, vibe atmosphere also. Had the breakfast sandwich which was okay… the croissant seemed very fresh.

Cute local business! I think that they’re smart to have food, coffee, ice cream, and some things for sale. I’ve never had any issues with the taste or quality of anything I’ve ordered here. It’s very conveniently located right in the middle of downtown Walhalla. I’m so happy it has survived this long-it makes me hopeful that it’ll be a downtown staple for years to come.The service is sometimes slow, but it’s a small business and hiring is tough for a lot of places right now. Just don’t go if you’re in a hurry and it should be fine.

Excellent muffins, coffee, and customer service! We used them to cater a meeting in town and they went above and beyond. The lemon loaf was so good, and the chocolate chip muffins were a hit! The owners went above and beyond with communication and customer service. Would highly recommend them!

Incredible food, friendly service, welcoming atmosphere. I loved everything about this place and would definitely come here often if I lived in this city.I had a pimento bacon grilled cheese and my partner had a ham and cheese melt and we shared some pretzels with cheese. The portions are generous and you won't regret it. My partner also had a mango boba with mango juice which was flavorful. 5 stars!Dietary restrictions: Has dairy free options for ice cream!Kid-friendliness: The back has some games for kids to play!
