The staff members are extremely friendly. My sandwich had just the right amount of ingredients. They have never gotten my order wrong!

I recently enjoyed a lunch at this restaurant and had a great experience. The meal cost between $10-$20 per person, which was a reasonable price for the quality of the food. I would give the food, service, and atmosphere all a perfect score of 5. There was plenty of parking available in a free parking lot.

I ordered two subs online and both were prepared incorrectly. Not only were they made wrong, but they were also overloaded with mayo and chipotle to the point where they fell apart when picked up. The bread was soaked and soggy. When my husband returned mine, he was told there was a computer glitch and he would have to pay again for the correct sub. The employee informed him that they simply make what is ordered online and do not offer replacements for mistakes. What about providing a replacement for low-quality food? That was more frustrating than receiving the wrong order.

The restaurant is awful. The customer service is terrible. When I went in to order, the worker didn't speak any English. They made my subs, but when I tried to use coupons, they refused to accept them, saying they were only valid for Ham Sandwiches. I've never had this issue with the previous owners.
