TGI FRIDAYS - Waldorf

We arrived at the restaurant around 1pm on a Sunday. The restaurant was nearly empty. The service was prompt, but the food was not up to par. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with broccoli, but the broccoli had mold on it. My daughter ordered chicken and shrimp Alfredo, but it lacked seasoning. The waitress was argumentative when we brought up the issue with the broccoli. Overall, this restaurant is inconsistent with its food and service quality - it's a hit or miss.

During our visit to the restaurant, the server accidentally spilled drinks on our table, causing a mess on my clothes and the floor. As I was picking ice cubes out of my bag, I was disappointed as it was my son's birthday. The manager apologized and removed the cost of the burgers from our bill, reducing it from nearly $80 to $55. Unfortunately, the waiter confessed to having a similar incident earlier and seemed a bit confused. I suggested that he should go home, which was ridiculous. Later, the manager had to break up a fight between two female employees, one of whom he had been talking to just moments before. The situation escalated to the point where the police and ambulance were called, making the experience embarrassing. This was my second visit to the restaurant, and it will be my last. It's a shame that my meal wasn't comped under the circumstances.

We stopped in for the tail end of happy hour on a Sunday evening with family, while killing time, waiting for our dinner reservation time at another nearby

For my dad's big 60th birthday my mom wanted the family to have a nice dinner to celebrate (I came down from NYC for the weekend).

I ordered the prosciutto flat bread - horrible, uncreative, plain!! U dent it back. I got the shirt ribs small plate.
