We visited twice in an attempt to find a drink that was not flat. Unfortunately, all the sodas we tried from the machine were flat. I even paid extra for cheese and sauce because, as a customer for over 30 years, I have noticed that Taco Bell is cutting corners for money. It is clear that the quality is declining. I paid $20 for something that a child could make better. It is disappointing to see the lack of effort put into making a decent meal. Additionally, I should not have to pay extra to ensure that employees do their job properly. Look at how thin this burrito is, despite paying extra for it. Overall, there is no pride or love in the food at this restaurant.
The food at Taco Bell is decent, but the staff can be a bit too relaxed when it comes to getting orders correct on the first try. This has been a consistent issue during multiple visits.
During my last five visits to this restaurant, the quality of the food was not even worth one star. I clearly expressed my preferences for quality, but they were simply ignored. There was no greeting or thank you. I had the opportunity to avoid a long drive-thru line by dining in, but the restaurant was very dirty.
Due to a snowstorm, the restaurant's drive-through was closed, which was understandable. However, our drink orders were incorrect, and the burritos and Chalupas were not prepared as requested (wrong sauce and tomatoes when we asked for a specific sauce and no tomatoes).
The dipping taco is now one of my favorite items at Taco Bell, especially with the creamy jalapeño sauce they top it with (which is the same as the quesadilla sauce). I would definitely recommend it with a perfect rating of 10/10!
