So I returned to the location after I called up there which was an inconvenience to begin with hence ordering through DoorDash and the lady proceeds to tell me make sure to bring the sandwich and receipt next time. After she clearly knew my order was wrong because I didn?t even have to tell her my order when I arrived. I also trashed the sandwich because every other food place Is not accepting food back due to COVID. I frequent this location but I will never ever be returning! Very very poor customer service!
The person fixing my sandwich was cleaning the bathroom and came out and didn?t wash her hands and just started making my order disgusting. I will never eat here again!
Yesterday around 5:30pm me and my dad didn?t feel comfortable after one worker (whom i recognized from my past visit) let a customer cut in front of me and never worked on my sandwich after this other worker took my sandwich out the toaster. This is the second time this has happened and i felt ignored by that particular worker. Plus that worker wasn?t even helping the other worker (who seemed like a newbie) with the sandwiches my dad was ordering. I don?t know whats going on with the staff?s but there needs to be new employees who don?t let customers cut in line and proceeded to make their food and ignore the other customers who are waiting. Very annoying and rude.
The gentleman in front of me is ordering his subs got a phone call walked away and talk on the phone I asked if I could order my sandwich and I was told to wait . The man walked Outside and I was still asked to wait.
I went to subway today and was met with terrible customer service. The girl didn't listen to what I wanted so she over charged me. I asked for my money back and she said fine give me back my cookie and next time order it right. I explained again what I wanted. The refunded my card which will take 5-7 business days and recharged my account. I asked for the original receipt back she said no it was her copy. So now if I don't get a refund I have no proof besides the charge on my card. No corporate number to call either, just a managers number. Terrible service and will no longer visit this location.
