Red Tails Ocean Grille - Waldorf

I have visited this restaurant three times and the service has always been amazing. The food is delicious - I went for brunch at 1:45 and it was quiet and cool. The French toast and sausage were delicious. They also offer a complimentary mimosa with any item from the brunch menu.

My best friend and I had a pleasant dinner yesterday. Unfortunately, one of our appetizers arrived after our main course. One of our entrees came without the sides, and we had to let the manager know. When the sides were finally delivered, they were cold. Though these issues were frustrating, they did not detract from our enjoyment of the nice atmosphere, good customer service, and delicious food. With a bit of improvement in their service, this restaurant could truly be a hidden gem in Waldorf. Highlights included the blackened salmon, crab dip, and Brussels sprouts. Criticisms included the limited availability of servers.

Nice restaurant; food was delicious; however, some advertised ingredients missing from my entre. I brought it to the waitress's attention, but it was never address or compensation offered. The location is nice; lots of parking; easy to get to. The ambience was nice and the music was very nice Gospel; definitely my taste; especially on Sunday. Server was nice and very attentive. Overall I enjoyed dining at Red Tails; I had a lovely Mother's Day with my beautiful daughters!

I feel that the website should let you know that reservations are made on open table only or perhaps automatically redirect.

So excited to enjoy this new restaurant in my area. This is an amazing ad and all of the food is great and well priced. I highly recommend!
