Mcdonald's - Waldorf

The food was hot, service time was reasonable. They had a young man outside taking orders which is great for speed of service, and the girl at window repeated my order, another plus.At food side the girl smiled and greeted me, but they forgot my kids apple juice and I had to park the car and go inside to grab the juice. Which was inconvenient since we were running late for a birthday party already. I was impressed by this McD to say the least. My experience would have been a 5 if not for order accuracy issues. Keep it up!

Tater tots were luke warm and stale....its a hit or miss with the McDonalds. Folks dont mind a lil wait IF the food is hot....BUT u cant have folks waiting and hand out the cold stale food. ?

I ordered a caramel iced coffee with lite ice. That means caramel flavoring with less than normal ice. What I got was caramel drizzle in the bottom and regular ice. Just another reason for passing up McDonald's.

I am diabetic asked for sugar fee French vanilla ice coffee . It wasn't until I got back on interstate that I realized it was not sugar free. This could have raised my blood sugar and resulted in me being hospitalized. I don't know if this happened because of language barrier. Please inform your employees it matters.

I stop going here because they always messed up my order. on the other day I took a chance and tried again, and nothing has changed, even if it doesn't get better inside. I've seen the customer run out because he's as slow as he's on the front desk. I'm not gonna eat here anymore. they are too many other possibilities in waldorf.
