Domino's Pizza - Waldorf

This place is always ready to greet and serve us in the evenings. I can tell their team works hard and is very efficient. Perfect example of great teamwork. Our most preferred quality location.

I placed an online order. It was ready when scheduled and the cashier was very pleasant when I picked it up!

I picked up my pizza and it was ready when I arrived. Got a veggie pizza and it was delicious. Next trip, I want to try the new pan pizzas offered now at Dominos.

Customer service is below non existent, I moved to Waldorf about a month ago and I got dominos a total of 3 times , even though the pizza was not perfect it was good enough to be satisfied, but thats not the problem,the first time we ordered by 12 year old brother got the door for the delivery and the driver took advantage of his age and said he does not have change and he will come back to give change. He did not. The 2nd time was pleasant and I was the one to handle the delivery, it was pleasant got my change and I let the driver know of my past experience (as it turns out the driver does not work at this location all the time but told me they let them know &I got an email for points ,ok. Cool the 3rd and final time, we ordered pizza I got the door the driver told me , he got no change (just for future reference it is company policy that drivers have change no greater than a 20$ and I could tell he wasn 't about to give me my pizza not my problem if you don 't got change ,so I told him its fine ,after I ate the pizza I called the locations to complain but they kept saying not my district and passing me to the next and finally I got to this one and the manager told me he called the driver to give me the change he never did come,so if you want dominos go to a better location outside Waldorf or order carry out before I moved they gave me change they had change on them.

Great customer service and pizza was made just as ordered!
