Bob Evans - Waldorf

I waited an hour and a half for my food. The delivery driver informed me that the biscuits weren't ready when he arrived at the restaurant, and it took an additional 30 minutes to get them. By the time my coffee arrived, it was lukewarm. The fresh seasonal fruit consisted of thinly sliced cantaloupe that was hard and underripe. The eggs and bacon were cold. The only positive aspect of the meal was the biscuits, which were fresh and hot.

This was the most disorganized restaurant I've ever visited! I hardly know where to start. As soon as I walked in, I could tell it wasn't going to be a good experience. There seemed to be a lot of younger staff working at the front, all of whom lacked basic customer service skills. They were completely all over the place and displayed no sense of urgency, despite the long line forming at the entrance. I had placed a preorder through DoorDash, took my time getting to the restaurant, and still ended up waiting 45 minutes for COLD FOOD! The whole experience was terrible. This location definitely left a bad impression on me. I will never dine at this Bob Evans again!

This was my first visit to this location, and I was really impressed with the food! We enjoyed the new menu items as well. We ordered the southwest avocado omelet and the southwest avocado chicken, and both dishes were delicious! Our server, Renda, was very accommodating and delightful to interact with. We will definitely be returning!

I don’t understand why my over-hard eggs had crushed yolks. If I wanted scrambled eggs, I would have ordered them! It was just unappetizing. The potatoes had a weird aftertaste, and I would have preferred my peaches served on the side. They also sent me the wrong salad dressing! Overall, it just wasn’t worth the price. It seems like companies nowadays go out of their way to mess up online orders!

This is the best BLT I've ever tasted! The bacon is incredibly tender and melts in your mouth, while the bread has the perfect amount of crispiness. It was absolutely fantastic! On top of that, the staff is incredibly kind and friendly!
