Spin Juice House - Waldorf

The staff at this restaurant were very friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere was clean and visually appealing. The Açaí bowl was okay, but there weren't many options for customizing toppings and the portion size was small. I found that my fruit was gone after just a few bites. While there are better places for Açaí, this is the best option in the area. I would consider coming back if I am in the area and craving Açaí.

I love this restaurant! The juices, smoothies, and smoothie bowls are top-notch with fresh and high-quality ingredients. The staff is also very friendly. I have been here three times this week and will definitely come back again.

The staff at this restaurant are rude and do not seem to be in a hurry. I used to enjoy coming here, but now it's just chaotic. I ordered a pressed juice that was not cold because it had just been made, and when I asked for a cup of ice (even though I had been given ice before), the lady at the counter rudely told me that they don't have ice and never have. They have also been out of stock of certain items, like patties, for two months. I think I will be taking my business elsewhere.

First time customer! Let me tell ya. I was looking for healthy eating spot in this area outside of my norm tropical smoothie (which is a fav). I stumbled across this place on google. If you are like me I check stars and reviews on every place I?m goingto visit lol. I may play with a lot of things, but my food I DONT! After a couple disturbing reviews about flies etc I wasskeptical in visiting. I was craving a good smoothie and healthy Pattie?s, so I thought long hard on trying this spot outafter a couple bad views. The reviews mentioned how they never have Pattie?s, so I called and asked specifically if they had anyof course because I wanted to try them out. Once it was confirmed they had the chickpea patty that I never even heard ofanywhere I was sold and decided to give it a try and get my own personal review. All this to say, I thank God I have notexperienced nothing sort of great! The customer service, didn?t see any flies, and the veggie patty was amazing. Not to mentionI also got the açaí bowl with coconut milk, BOMB! I hope and pray my visits are consistently great! Thank you Nips!

I usually am not the type to leave reviews. However, I am truly disgusted with this establishment. I do not understand how they?re still in business. I came to get a açaí bowl and noticed it was a massive amount of flies flying around the back areawhere everything is being made which is disgusting it was only 12pm and it looked like they haven?t thoroughly cleaned the backarea in months. I opened my bowl and started digging through it to only find a black bug with three legs on each side in mybowl. When I went back in the young lady was calm and somewhat gave me the impression that this frequently happens she didn?teven bother to look. I will not be returning here at all. I?ve only visited three times and each time is a disappointment.There?s no coming back from having a visible bug in your food. Truly disgusting.
