Jayd Bun - Wakefield

Finally got to Jayd Bun yesterday and wow! I got the combo with pork back and tomato soup and ate outside. The buns were exactly as I had hoped from reviews, very tasty meat, perfectly done dough, delicious sauce. The soup was something so unique with a flavor balance that hit all the right notes. Cashier was very friendly and informative. Can’t wait to get back and try other menu items.

Wow worth the hype...both for the taste and experience. Owner and staff were beyond friendly. Made me feel really good about ordering for the first time. I ordered chicken bao buns, dumplings, and the spicy noodles, all at request of the owner. Everything was phenomenal. Authentic Chinese food in south county? CHECK. This is a great addition to the area. I know I'm late to the game but glad I finally made it. I will be back!!!! Try it yourself!!! AMAZING! I can not say enough good about the restaurant! I absolutely love the food, so delicious. You cannot go wrong with anything on the menu, trust me on that! The owners are some of the most friendly passionate people I’ve ever met. They truly care about their food and getting there food to out to the public. All of the other staff is incredible too! Never have I had a negative experience with the food or staff. I love this place and will continue to dine with them!

Fabulous. I’ve been going since they opened and the pork buns are wonderful every time. My friends have enjoyed a variety of their dishes, all delicious. Jayd Bun absolutely lives up to the expectation.

As the self-proclaimed dumpling king of Cambodia, I thought I knew a thing or two about dumplings. But wow, was I in for a surprise. The dumplings here are absolutely incredible! The buns are out of this world too. The owners are wonderfully welcoming, and the outdoor seating creates a delightful atmosphere for a summer visit to Jade Bun—truly one of the most memorable dining experiences I've had in years. Plus, Whalers Brewery is just a pleasant walk away. Whether you're on vacation like we are or a local in Rhode Island, this restaurant is a hidden gem that you simply can't miss. Make sure to put it at the top of your list. You'll thank me later!
