Lovely village pub. Very friendly staff welcoming. Nicely appointed with separate dinning area and beer garden to rear. Great food proper traditional Sunday lunch 1,2 or 3 course prices as well as small oap size. Quick efficient service. Good selection of Gins and ales. Glad we found this place will be back again.

The food here is gorgeous and the service is great. Best place for a great Sunday roast x I would highly recommend going to try them x

Very welcoming pub. Good staff, good food and value for money. now they have decorated it's so much nicer to go with plenty thing going off! Would recommend.

Parking on the road side or a small car park to the rear. The lunch was well cooked and nicely presented great value a large or small meal available, staff were really polite and helpful, well behaved children welcome. Book a table in the restaurant or eat the bar same menu. Good choice of beers and wines, thank you.

Visited May Day event on Saturday May 4th, met friends in the Boot and Shoe pub, staff really helpful even though the place was packed out, Daniella especially nice, locals friendly too, great community spirit, heard the food is good, so will book soon.
