Spice King - Wakefield

Ordered a takeaway from here tonight and was really disappointed. My wife ordered a pizza and it was OK apparently. My beef madras however was really poor. The beef was slimy there was no flavour and no kick that you expect with a madras. Back to using Indian Spice for me.

I called twice to chase my order and the second time they hung up on me. Fantastic service from a wonderfully reputable business. Really, really poor.

I like the taste , it’s a really good takeaway…. Has its own flavour and it’s one I enjoy and I’m a real curry lover always preferring authentic taste .

I had a bad experience with The Spice King. They did not deliver my order and when I contacted them later, they completely denied it. The customer service was very poor. I ended up being £20 out of pocket. It was supposed to be a nice evening with a friend ordering an Indian takeaway via Just Eat. My advice is to avoid ordering from The Spice King.
