Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

I really enjoy this restaurant! It’s always clean, and I never have to wait. If there are any issues with my order, they go above and beyond to resolve them. Kudos to the great staff!

The fried chicken and crispy skin were quite enjoyable. I used to work with the freshly made salads, but unfortunately, their quality has declined significantly. Today, they were prepackaged and contained many brown, wilted bits. On a positive note, the restaurant was clean.

Now, once again, we have ordered from zaxbys online for picking up, my man gets the food home and there are only three orders, and not four. they talk to the manager and said that I have to come back with my credit card to receive for what I do not receive. So I didn't eat. how hard it is to check to make sure what on the acknowledgement is actually given to the customer update: in the load for credit and has been refunded. but will only be in the future, no more online orders.

Just always something but today gave me cold food right out the drive thru and they always got attitude never really friendly. i can tell some of the employees do the job correctly but at least act like you wanna be at your job

I absolutely love Zaxbys and have never had a problem until tonight. I ordered online went and picked my order. Dude assured that the extra sauces were in the bag. Cool drive 10 minutes home and bam no sauces. Can’t have Zaxbys without zax sauce. Drive back and very nicely asked for the sauce that wasn’t in my bag. Dude tries to charge me for it and get lippy. So here we go ima have to cause a scene. Dude finally gets my sauces. Zaxbys your employee cost my business. Dude was outta hand with the stuff he was saying. Wish I would’ve gotten his name but didn’t.
