Waffle House - Wake Forest

The customer service was amazing. We arrived at 3 PM and were hungry. It was the only place open. We were greeted with a smile and attentive service from the server and chef. They were very attentive to my needs. I mentioned my egg allergy and nut allergy, and they made sure nothing else was prepared with them. It's rare to find such sincerity in people. Thank you for being such a blessing.

I recently tried the breakfast at this restaurant and it was fantastic! We ordered two hash browns with grilled onions and jalapenos, topped with ketchup, and added a grilled chicken breast. The meal was delicious, well-seasoned, and perfectly cooked. Even my wife, who usually doesn't enjoy chicken, liked it. Our waitress was attentive and my wife even commented that the food was better than some of the more expensive places we usually go to for chicken dishes. I have never been one to order chicken when dining out, but that will definitely change after this experience. Highly recommend this place for a tasty and satisfying meal!

The personal is friendly and professional. eating is fresh, hot and delicious. they get a good amount for a good price.

Came right after a hurry, so I have to wait, and I came as a group of 5, so it's in order. the thing is that the people came after and got tables before we did. I thought okay was a group of five, we want to sit together. So wait. There's a 5 sitting, but they blocked 2 for pickup. that means they let us know when we can sit. we wait for the 6 high chairs/bar area. she takes her time-cleaning that is in order (I still don't think it should take so long) and when she's done, she doesn't call us. next they know that two people come and sit down, where we waited, so I said the lady, I thought we were sitting there? and she says, I thought you wouldn't want to sit there because of the baby, when did she tell us? She never asked if it was a problem. this whole situation could have been avoided if they said something from the beginning. never DINE-IN.
