Starbucks - Wake Forest

The new lead was insanely disrespectful and rude. when I was ordering she gave me an attitude. She acted like I was bothering her. My drink was not made correctly. It tasted like straight dirt. I ordered a white mocha with oat milk, She put regular milk in my drink and she used regular mocha instead of white mocha. I’m very disappointed in this Starbucks in Harris Teeter.

Girl working at 12:10 Friday made a great drink for me. Thank god the male didn’t, he couldn’t even figure out how to ring up 1 drink. I think he would have a tough time slicing a pre cut bagel

This Starbucks was a family-friendly place that made me feel at home. It had amazing service and allowed me to get a delicious coffee within a quick amount of time. The employees treated me with kindness and were dedicated to getting done what needed to get done. I would go there again in a heartbeat!!!

If you go here in the morning good luck being served. I've been three times where no one is to be found working, wait 10 minutes, and still no one comes. The HT employees have no clue where they go and multiple people just leave. Awful service during a morning commute when you think it would be essential to provide service.

Baristas were kind of rude. Slow to acknowledge me as a customer and then didn’t even apologize for the wait while they clearly saw me standing there. Drink was fine.
