However, the employees deserve better working conditions, as the lack of air conditioning makes it uncomfortably hot inside. The staff works tirelessly and efficiently, despite the challenging environment. I do not have any personal connections to the employees, but I greatly appreciate their hard work.
There is always a wait at this restaurant, but it moves quickly. The tables are frequently dirty and not wiped down. Despite this, most people still choose to eat here. I don't mind driving 49 miles for Chipotle and a good berry dessert.
I would usually rate this restaurant five stars. However, I believe that some employees need more training on portion sizes, as I received a minimal amount of toppings in my steak bowl. The employee who served me thought it was acceptable, but fortunately, other staff members were able to rectify the mistake. I mention this because after paying $34 for two steak bowls and drinks, I expected a more generous portion. I do not expect the bowls to be filled to the brim, but halfway would have been more satisfying.
They were made of shredded cheese and black beans two essential ingredients for a burrito. a gentleman who looked as manager showed no empathy or apologised for the inconvenience. the young man who made my burrito was nice and respectful. he seemed new. to replace the lack of shredded cheese, the young man offered queso and I asked him to put it on the side because I was uncertain when my man wanted queso on his burrito. he did as I demanded and when it was time for me to check the cash box, if I wanted chips with my queso, and I recommended that I was under the assumption that it was the substitute for not shredded cheese for the burrito of my mannes. she said that the substitution was not allowed what I understood it would have been nice to offer it at least 50% because they were from shredded cheese, but I let it go. the gentleman who looked out or had the spirit of a manager then poured the snake that was placed in a small clear view to go räucher for me in the silver container of queso on the server line, which was unprofessional and non-hygienic. on this place there were no smiles on the workers faces that they did not seem customer service concentrated. they are the little things that are important in life, how shredded cheese and be bored for their burrito of course! there should always be a cheese! I hope that this location will address these problems and make corrections for the better.
Whoever was working to go orders at 8:30 om June 7th needs to be promoted with a huge raise. This bowl is the best thing I’ve ever eaten. I’ve never been this emotional about a chipotle bowl. I’m seeing God. Promote them ASAP.
