Sage - Waitsfield

Very friendly staff. They were short staffed like many restaurants but their service was excellent and the food was delicious!

Be going here last few weeks , first week ordered the fruit de mar was amazing , next week totally different meal , like two different chefs in a short time . Wife ordered tenderloin and we were told they were out of mashed potatoes.Came back this week and we sat for 45 mins before our waiter brought bread and that was only because we asked . Same with meal we watch as tables sat well after us were being served . Again had to ask waiter for our meals .I ordered the tenderloin au pouve and it was sub standard at best and guess what they ran out of mashed potatoes again . This was fine as the fries were the best thing on my plate . Something going on here I think . We will stay away for a while and hope they get this fixed .

We really enjoyed our time at Sage! had the chicken and steak and both were awesome! the service was also great. All around a good experience we'd recommend!
