Lawson's Finest Liquids - Waitsfield

Loved, beloved, beloved! Somehow I didn't have to make reservations from my comfort zone with (1) and (2) go up order, but only 25 minutes wait when we were told 45 and order was quick and easy. Great deal with canned beer and a lot of swags.

One of my favorite roasts. I've been crushing sunshine for years before I had the opportunity to actually visit the brewery. All beers are excellent. If it is aged barrel, order it.

Lighter fare, not a ton of food options. The grilled cheese and tomato bisque are outstanding. Let's face it, you aren't here for the food. Some great options on tap that you can't get anywhere else. Staff is friendly, beautiful facility inside and out. Don't forget to swing by the retail section for cans to go!

My wife and I visited during a vacation. What a great job they have done with the facility! The layout of the property is fantastic. The indoors is spacious and clean. The food is somewhat limited to hor d 'oeuvres pairings with your beverage (maybe the grilled cheese and chilli disagree... , but that works since the beer is the star of the show. The beer and atmosphere where great. The side shop where you can buy swag and beer was cool too. I thought the shirt prices were a little high because I am turning into an old man, but I still bought one. : Fun times looking forward to visit again sometime.

Finally, it had the opportunity to visit this brand new facility. It's huge! Like a huge ski hut. Service only at the bar, and we were there early bonus points for opening before any other brewery in the area so service was fast. Nice selection of beer. Yes, there are many IPAs that is Vermont, but there are other styles, all made very good. It didn't try this time, but it looked good. The outside seats also looked great!
