The customer service was terrible! The cashier appeared angry, and I didn't appreciate how I was treated. Service rating: 1/5.

I strongly advise against purchasing the specials that include a drink. You'll end up being charged separately for the drink and the plate. Rather than the expected $12 for a plate and a medium drink, I was charged $14 for the plate and an additional $2 for the medium drink. Additionally, the quality of the food has significantly declined compared to when they first prepared it.

The Loco Moco lunch at this restaurant was not that good. I don't recommend it. There was no service since it is primary take out.
