Wendy's - Wahiawā

I gave this restaurant two chances, but unfortunately, both experiences were disappointing. The first time, I found a booger crumb with a small hair inside my sandwich wrapper. The second time, the workers were unprofessional and the manager, Latoya, struggled to take my order correctly. I had to help the cashier fix my order at the window, while Latoya seemed too busy to assist. When I discovered my order was incorrect, I went back to fix it and found out they had forgotten to include the guacamole that I paid extra for. Latoya's suggestion to put it on the side was not what I had asked for. Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant, rated 1/10.

This Wendy's location is decent, but not exceptional. I would advise using a mobile order to streamline the process, as they occasionally struggle to enter deals from the app. Ordering ahead and heading straight to pick up can make the experience much smoother.

I am extremely pleased with this Wendy's restaurant. It was friendly, clean, and just what I was looking for. I particularly appreciated their honesty, as I had forgotten my change and didn't realize it until later. When I called, they tried to catch me before I left, but it was too late. When I returned, they apologized and returned my change. I am very grateful for their honesty and integrity.

If I couldn't give you a star, I would. wendy's car went through about 10 minutes ago. 4 different cookies ordered. everyone and everyone is hard to the point they cannot even bite in them. also my sausage was over dry and burt out. I worked in a Wendy’s at high school and they wouldn’t let us give out that. it's sad because I know when they made the cookies to feel how hard the brot was.

My recent experience with this wendy’s location was very pleasant, I saw the promotion for the 1$ dave single through the app and decided to give it a try. the app is very easy and easy to use, the sandwich itself was correspondingly expensive, I would never order it alone for 6$ for me that is very high. the bark was perfectly cooked, not a fall as they are in the rule, the tomato was fresh, so was the salate. the restaurant was also clean.
