Showed up after a long shift at work and they said they were closed even tho the open sign was on. Change your hours if you gonna close

I've been in here twice, and both times, they had no boba. I would think that they would have boba available prior to opening the store, but apparently not.

Came here a few days ago. They never do have ice cream, but still leave the sign up. Store is over crowded, messy and unorganized. Lastly! I seen a few tiny roaches crawling all over the merchandise.
