Went there for my sisters birthday. Had a reservation at 645, but wasn’t actually able to be seated until 725 due to how busy it was (understandable). They opened tables in the back room to accommodate and offered first round of drinks for free for the wait, which was definitely appreciated. The back room was very cold, and they stated we just needed to wait as they opened the room for us and heat was just put on, again.. understandable. Service was very slow, as busy restaurants get, but waiting to just get our first round of free drinks took another 20 min at the table. When it came time for dinner, we ordered family style lobster ravioli, penne all vodka, and chicken for the table (or so we thought). What was brought out were individual plates of those 3. We each got 1 ravioli, a spoon full of penne, and a tiny cut of chicken. We waited so long for the food, that at this point my sister didn’t want to make a complaint and would “make it up with dessert”. We sat for a while, at this point with our jackets on because the heat never kicked in effectively, and waited for the server. Assuming the restaurant was still swamped, we were very patient. When we went inside to use the bathroom, we saw at this point that the restaurant was pretty empty. By the time we did get the server, my sister just wanted to leave. We ended up eating snacks at her house at about 10Pm because we were all stilL hungry. So disappointed.I will say though, the tasting of food i did receive was delicious and I just wish we could’ve received more of it and better attention. My sister doesn’t normally go out because of her kids, and she hyped this place up being she’s been here before. The first thing she said in the car was “sorry the restaurant was such a bust”.
Our reservation for the wedding party rehearsal dinner was lost by the restaurant. Despite being in the front area, we were not seated in the nice area with flowers in the back as another wedding party was already there. The lack of apologies or compensation worsened the situation. The waiter, Dario L, was rude to some of our family members, giving us an issue about ordering appetizers with drinks and being dismissive when taking our order. Several items came out incorrect or missing ingredients, such as chicken and Parmesan. Dario was unhelpful and judgmental, adding an automatic gratuity of 20% without providing good service. He was impatient, did not provide bread to half the table, and made calculating the bill difficult. Despite wanting to involve a manager, no one could be found, and the poor service ruined the family event. This level of service is unacceptable for a restaurant of this caliber.
I came to this restaurant for a wedding reception and so far, it has been really good. The food was delicious, with fresh and tasty sauces, as well as a good salad. The staff was polite and efficient. Overall, I had a positive experience and I believe it is worth a visit. The service was dine-in and the meal type was dinner. The price per person ranged from $20 to $30.
I have had my eye on this restaurant for a while now and I finally had the perfect dining experience here. The food, service, and ambiance all came together perfectly. I came for lunch with my mother who had the shrimp scampi and absolutely loved it. She wished we lived closer so we could eat here more often. Our server, Gabe, was fantastic and made our afternoon even better with his engaging and attentive service. The only thing I would have liked is for the music to be a bit louder, but that's just a personal preference and not a deal breaker. I can't wait to come back and try the rest of the menu. The restaurant is beautifully decorated for Christmas, with a carousel and shops nearby, making it a perfect spot for post-meal browsing.
