Another reviewer said a cozy, Grandma's house to feel and I agree. A comfortable, clean spot with a touch of rustic makes for a classic, small MN Diner Spot to pack a warm, tasteful, buttery breakfast w/ your friends. Parking space and minimum waiting time. Prices are reasonable and the service is friendly.

The Boondocks Café is the best food your mother could ever make. Look at your mother from home. Macy our server and waitress was exceptional. She had a spring in her step, a smile on her face, which she combined with enthusiastic service. On the recommendation of another customer, hot beef and roast beef were fantastic menu items. If you are ever in Wadena MN are sure to stop at the Boondocks Café.

Very good service and worker here. Very good food from what I have seen, but the burgers (in my opinion) are not the best. It could taste a little fresh but other great place

Denver omelete with rye bread. Service was fast and good, the stands are a bit too close together. But that's it.

Great small town eatery. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.
