I don’t visit as often since they were acquired by a Chicago company, so my memories may not match up with reality. The bread doesn't taste the same, and some items that used to be cooked to order now seem to be kept warm under a heat lamp, lacking that fresh-out-of-the-kitchen quality. Perhaps I'm being too critical, but what used to be a regular spot for us has turned into a place we only visit occasionally. I hope they figure out their identity eventually. I will return, probably in 2023.
I jus left this place and I hate to rate it one star because the chick at the drive through window was super cool. But the person that prepared my burger should not be in the restaurant/fast food industry. No exaggeration the burger was so sloppydripping sauces that it ruined my fresh outfit before I even had a chance to take a bite. I?m furious. Because who in theirright mind says hey I?m presenting this to a paying customer. There?s no way it wasn?t dripping everywhere on them also. Howdisgusting is that? Shame on the manager for lack of respect for the customers and obviously 0% quality control. But tries toregulate my anger over the complete lack of competence. Never going there again especially at night.
I had a fantastic experience at the restaurant. I had a coupon for a free Whataburger with the purchase of medium fries and a drink, but I overlooked the terms of the offer. As a result, we ended up ordering way more fries and drinks than necessary. However, the staff at the counter kindly issued a refund, even giving me back more than I was entitled to. The food was delicious, and I especially loved the new white chocolate raspberry shake. As always, the service was excellent.
I ordered a serving of biscuits and gravy online, which was supposed to be ready in 5 to 7 minutes. I arrived at 7 AM after placing my order at 6:50, but I didn't receive my food until 7:30. I inquired about my order twice, but nobody seemed to know where it was. Instead of preparing a new order for me, they eventually found my original one, which was unfortunately cold by the time I got it. I've decided not to return as a regular customer.
The lady that took our order was in a very good mood and nice even though I had gone in not looking very good honestly. It was really clean like a greasy remodel
