Never rush to take care of someone? This time the place was not even open 15 minutes before the time, although the app allowed me to place an order. Now I'm going to be too late to work because I can't cancel ASAP orders.

I like this chain, but I will give low stars when the service is inconsistent bc I know there is no management. You have increased prices and my order took 15 minutes on the window today and was wrong. New rent? cool no problem... where the floor manager monitors the quality of the food. Again this is a chain, not so difficult, frozen food guys together..

If you prefer that your food is served with minimal seasonality this place. But the drinks are very good. Don't waste your money on the spiced straws. They taste like sunblock seasoned cardboard.

I always meet her drive but for a healthy and tasty smoothie. Today we came in and were greeted by Araceli Edgar. They were friendly and helpful! I'm glad it's close!

Horrible experience- I walked in and patiently waited for someone to assist me but was ignored. There were at least three employees in the store. One woman came up to the register and was pushing buttons and she didn?t even say ?hello? or ?one moment.? I ended up leaving and going somewhere else. I usually like tropical smoothie but the employees need serious training in basic customer service.
