Sergio's - Waco

We come here for the food. The ambiance is nothing special. The service is spotty. But the sea food can be amazing.  Some reviewers have that first-world problem of wanting everything to be perfect in their little world. Let them go to some chain restaurant out by the interstate. Sergios ain't near the interstate, its local, and pretty damn good. We go as often as we can!

The food is phenomenal! This is a gem of Waco. I wish I could move the restaurant into my kitchen! The menu is expansive... My only regret is not coming here sooner!

Great place. Owned by Sergio who owned and ran Siete Mares on Dutton. Great food from a small friendly restaurant and the proprietor is a heck of a nice guy who is also a competitive cyclist. Met him in Cameron Park on an exceedingly hot day and had to check it out. Dint let the outside of this little place fool you. I had Huevos rancheros (sp? and they were excellent, and Sergio tending to the tables is a real plus!

Under new management or ownership, and the food is excellent. I office nearby and had quit eating here. Heard about the mgt change and tried it again. Flipped my vote and am now a fan.

Best Seafood in town. I love their fish dishes. Better than anything else Waco has to offer that I have found. I love their ceviche as well as the Pescado Empapelado.
