Ordered food online, did not show up, I called and they said they accidentally gave it to the wrong person. I asked if they could redo the order and deliver it again and they told me they would need to charge me again and then I had to file a complaint about the 1st order. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

If I could give no stars I would. We came here for lunch as a family, we ordered our drinks and everything was fine. I finished mine and our waiter, without saying a word grabbed my glass and refilled it with the wrong beverage. My fiance then asked if it was correct and he got upset, swapped the drink and then brought us our appetizer. When we ordered it, it was with the peppers on the side. My fiance asked to get it corrected and the waiter lost his mind and got an attitude with us and literally took the food off the table and walked back to the kitchen. I was heated because I as a customer should never be treated like this and we were trying to be as polite as possible. I then lost my cool and said a few choice words to the waiter and informed another staff member of the incident. We chose to leave the place because of this incident, not wanting to further escalate the situation. Obviously I'll be spending my money elsewhere, but I would caution others to chose wisely.

After going there about 5 different times, Service and food have been pretty good. The pizza is close to Chicago style as you can get in Texas. Today though was a bad experience. Bar service was slow and the pizza was wet and dough was undercooked. Took over 15 minutes to get the food (bar pizza) and it was lack luster. Bar tender seemed to be interested in everything but the people at the bar. I had to get condiments from the empty table behind me. It'll be a while before I go back again.
