Huddle House

My husband and I were traveling 2 weeks ago, and stopped for breakfast. The food was ok. The service, however, was worse than awful. Our server, at first, ignored us. When she took our order, she appeared not to be listening to me at all. Then she picked up a child. Held this baby on her hip while taking the rest of our order. Then had to chase her around for coffee. Another server went and got her. Worst service I have ever had at a Huddle House

Always have great service with Alli she brings drinks as soon as we come in. She is always friendly just a great server we stopped going to IHOP because of the service 2 yrs ago huddle house for us...

First and last time here. Walked into an empty restaurant. A cook actually stopped what he was doing to say hello to me and I told him I had a pick up order, he directed me over to the cash register and told someone would be with me soon. Now I'm waiting in front of an employee at the cash register and after a few minutes another woman comes out and talks to the first woman. A few more minutes go by and she asks what I need, I explain I'm here for my pick-up order. My order was sitting behind them on the counter the entire time. I was also missing over half my order when I got home. The food that we did end up receiving wasn't cooked correctly or safely to even eat. Everything was also covered in oil... I mean dripping with oil.

First let me start by saying the waitress we had did a great job, despite being slammed. The food was good but not great. My hashbrowns were almost inedible in some spots, definitely break a tooth hard. Everything else was cooked to perfection.. the interior of the restaurant definitely needs some fixing, I saw a few booths that had giant rips in them, which wasn't very inviting. I would go back again and give it another try, but thinking I'll order take out next time.
