Kookaz Kaffee - W Vancouver

I have been visiting this clinic for many months,but sometimes only have a coffee and a cookie in this wee cafe in the lobby of the medical clinic. However today i had a longer wait and decided to eat a wee snack lunch,well I was delighted, the soup was excellent as was the ham and salad sandwich and the large very good coffee. I am a wee bit physically challenged ,so one of the staff took my tray and walked up the stairs to the eating area and i walked up the ramp to my table which was ablaze with sunshine from the rooflights. A very nice sitting area. The cafe is very busy during lunchtime. Worth a visit.

While in the Diamond Centre for a doctor;s appointment I decided to enjoy a coffee because I was early for the appointment. $2.00 for a small coffee wasn't a bad deal but even before I had an opportunity to request a copy of the sales draft the server was already addressing the patron behind me for her order. After requesting the sales draft the server gave me this disgusted look suggesting what a crack pot I was to request a request for such a minimal purchase. My business will hereinafter go to Starbucks just around the corner

The coffee is always fresh and hot and they have a nice selection of finger food. Prices are a bit on the expensive side but I suppose that can be expected when you have a captive market.

I have visited this restaurant a couple of times, but nothing really impressed me until last Thursday. Let me tell you about my experience.

I attended a staff party at this restaurant and have visited a couple of times with friends in the past.
