You should come really early at around 6.30 if you dont wanna wait for available seats. Regardless, you dont have to wait for too long since the staff will try to accommodate you very quickly. It's a local mom-and-pop so dont expect private space or cozy design. The food is excellent and reasonably priced (27/pax with 1 bread). We had 1 huge meatball and an egg like in the picture. But the sauce is the soul of the dish. Try adding a bit soya sauce, a lot of chilli sauce and a huge bunch of slices of chilli. It would really enrich the flavors. .

Our group came here for breakfast to try the local dish and it’s tasty. It’s a pan with fish, pork meatball, and egg where you rip apart a baguette or two to dip in the sauce. However, no coffee here and it’s not even 9am.
Great. Easy and good. The standard order is Xiu Mai Op La... this is meatball served with iron sunny sides. Dive with Banh Mi and it is sky explode in your mouth. 1 part is 22k and a large sugar cane for 15k.
